3. Add baking powder and @prosupps protein powder to oats. Add all these ingredients to banana/egg mix and stir well.
4. Heat skillet/pan over medium heat with a dash of extra virgin olive oil.
5. Scoop pancake mixture into skillet/pan to the size of pancakes you want, cook on one side for about 1.5 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for 1-1.5 minutes or until both sides are golden brown.
6. I like to eat and serve with maple syrup.
I have also made with chopped strawberries, blueberries and chocolate chips.
