I make these myself, you can to, really simple. 10 minutes to make. 2/3 cup of quick oats (I use finely ground oats). 1/2 cup Peanut Butter 1/4 cup or more of Protein Powder (I use @prosupps Isolate, chocolate) *Optional: add chocolate chips, cranberries or raisins.   Mix all ingredients in a bowl, add a couple of teaspoons of water to make the balls stick. Roll about 14 balls and place on a tray with some wax paper and chill in the fridge for an hour to harden. Store in a container in the fridge.   I eat two to three a day. Perfect healthy snack especially when your out and about doing activities. Enjoy!

Heat skillet/pan over medium heat with a dash of extra virgin olive oil. 5. Scoop pancake mixture into skillet/pan to the size of pancakes you want, cook on one side for about 1.5 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for 1-1.5 minutes or until both sides are golden brown. 6. I like to eat and serve with maple syrup. I have also made with chopped strawberries, blueberries and chocolate chips.
